Why do the hydraulics get weaker the longer I run my new holland skid steer?

The lift arms get slower as I run the machine (89 nh 555L) longer. I have to speed the engine up in order to get the arms higher and sometime this isn't enough. The mobility of the machine is not affected, just the lift. Could it be a bad valve or heat buildup in the fluid?

Double check the oil level HOT. As the oil heats up, the viscosity changes. The oil will become thinner. Also, as the hyd. pump heats up the clearences expand, witch could give you an "internal leak"AKA lower operating pressure.
